Management buys Latitude out of administration

Management buys Latitude out of administration
Latitude, the digital marketing group based in Warrington and London has been bought out of administration by its management, following the appointment on Monday of BDO as its administrators.

The deal's been backed by existing major shareholder, private equity firm Vitruvian Partners, and will see management increase their stake in the business.

2009 was a real thug of a year. The sort that's been skulking in the shadows for a while - biding it's time as it gets ready to really rough you up.

For most of us it appeared from its alleyway with ample warning, but still managed to chew us up and spit us out. For others, particularly if you happen to work in publishing, it probably just chewed you up.
