Francis
Francis was a leading journalist with the Sunday Times before she decided to relocate to the North West to help create an editorial personality for the increasingly popular online brand.

A major part of her job is to develop the site's forums – a common web feature that almost every good PR and marketing professional has to be aware of.

In the latest episode of How-DoTV, Francis shares her knowledge on the subject; revealing why they are increasingly popular, how companies can interact with them positively and how to avoid the pitfalls that may await when brands engage directly with their audience.

Definitely worth tuning in for...
