Blacksheep and Silver Films shine with Co-Op Bank appointment |

Manchester’s Silver Films and Chester ad agency Blacksheep have been tasked with promoting the high street appeal of the Co-operative Bank through a new TV campaign.
 The Balloon Street branch The film production company is currently shooting the new commercial across the North West and is said to be focusing on the bank’s record of keeping its customer’s happy, alongside its well-publicised ethical stance.Silver, which has recently scored high-profile briefs with Lexus and Umbro, collected the latest win after a four-way pitch and worked with Blacksheep, which wrote the scripts, to produce the new creative. Richard Oliver from Silver said of the new work: “It’s great to be involved with an ethical product such as this, plus it’s fantastic to be filming in Manchester, which is where Silver’s foundations lie.” One of the main locations for the campaign, which begins airing in May, is the bank’s Balloon Street branch in central Manchester. www.silverfilms.co.uk
