Lancashire’s new radio station Central Radio has appointed its first Programme Controller.
Chris Buckley will make the move from Chesterfield’s Peak FM to Preston.Essentially it’s a promotion from his former role as on-air programmer as both stations are owned by major media group UTV which also controls local stations Wish FM and Wire FM. The Lancashire radio station which has a potential audience of 250,000 people will broadcast on 106.5FM.
