ITV’s crime drama, Cold Blood, produced in Manchester, returns for a third series of three episodes, starting on 20 June.
 Russell Brand Pauline Quirke, Russell Brand, Tony Slattery and former Corrie star Bill Ward join Jemma Redgrave, John Hannah and Matthew Kelly in the new episodes. Executive producer Kieran Roberts, ITV’s controller of drama, said: “I am pleased that Cold Blood has been commissioned for three new films. We have reunited Matthew Kelly, John Hannah and Jemma Redgrave and cast some fantastic guests. We have three gripping storylines that will captivate the audience and leave them wanting more.” All three episodes were written by Tom Needham and produced by Ian White.
Suri Krishnamma directed episodes one and two and Stuart Orme directed episode three.
