Coronation Street curmudgeon Blanche Hunt is set to deliver a final sharp-tongued reproach to her kin folk before bidding farewell to Weatherfield.
 Jones aka Hunt However, The Mirror has now revealed that she is set to deliver one of her typical caustic put-me-downs by mail to daughter Deirdre and son in law Ken. Upon finding out that they're planning an anniversary bash in the Rovers Return she writes: "I considered surprising you by flying back for your party. "But then I remembered some of your previous anniversary parties and couldn't imagine it'd be worth the bother. "Besides, it's 83°F here and we have a pool."
