ID:SR, the company behind Royal Bank of Scotland’s and Halliwell’s Spinningfields interiors has been appointed by the BBC to design their new Salford base.
Much like the RBS development, ID:SR have been tasked by the BBC with creating an open plan office space which is both contemporary and innovative.
 BBC The company is an off-shoot of architects Sheppard Robson which has previous worked with the Beeb on the East Wing, near Broadcasting House. There they created studios with changeable lighting to reflect programming. They are one of the country’s largest practices with offices in Manchester as well as London.
