Community Radio station Newlove FM is due to launch this Sunday with a special two week broadcasting licence from Ofcom.
Breakfast co-host Zoe Newlove
The Warrington-based station, set up by the widow of murdered father of three Garry Newlove, has garnered high profile support from radio personalities such as Dr Fox, while attracting industry talent belying its short-term, community radio status.

Broadcasting on 87.7fm from Sunday, Newlove will have a 80/20 talk and music split and boasts interviews with figures such as political leaders Gordon Brown and David Cameron.

Guest DJ's include Radio City's Simon Ross and house music pioneer Graeme Park, who is also taking on the task of programme controller.

The station's programming has been developed by students at Chester University.

Newlove FM is the first project of Newlove Warrington, a charity set up in November by Helen Newlove and her daughters, with the aim of making Warrington a safer place as a lasting legacy to Garry Newlove.

The Newlove's eldest daughter, Zoe, will be co-hosting the channel's breakfast show.
