Nicola Shindler’s Red to produce new ITV drama Unforgiven |

Manchester’s Red will be overseeing the production of a new three-part drama for ITV from the firm’s satellite Leeds office.
 Shindler The new show, currently titled Unforgiven, has been created by scriptwriter Sally Wainwright and will be based on the story of a woman who is released from prison 17 years after murdering two policemen.Although the financing for the show has apparently yet to be finalised, ITV has confirmed that Shindler herself will executive produce out of Leeds, with an airing date of early 2009 currently mooted. Three 60-minute episodes have reportedly been planned and penned by the former Coronation Street and At Home With the Braithwaites writer Wainwright.
