Well, he did it…
As first revealed on How-Do (probably) Rick Astley turned out to be a shoe-in at last week’s MTV Europe Music Awards in Liverpool.  Best. Act. Ever. However, in a move that seems to suggest that he might just think the whole thing is one big joke at his own expense (or at MTV’s), he wasn’t about to collect his gong, or even, unusually, send in a video acceptance speech. Mark Lancaster and co must have been sorely disappointed. In the end, blog superstar/highly irritating celebrity commentator Perez Hilton collected the prize on his behalf. The only other UK winner on the night was Sir Paul McCartney, while Coldplay, Duffy and Leona Lewis went home empty handed. How-Do’ers can now expect to see Astley collecting Oscars, Nobel gongs and very possibly winning the 2012 elections against Barack Obama by a landslide. Something to add?
