Sumners has launched an online freelance talent agency to help supply post production and production crews in the North West.
Sumners
It's being run by former BBC production manager Sue Fletcher, "all the editors on our books are currently working and I am especially encouraged by the response from freelance technicians from outside the North West".
"SUMtalent is ostensibly about putting editors in touch with producers and production staff in touch with local jobs, but with the launch of MediaCity:UK in mind and my involvement in The Pie Factory studio complex we are also developing a crew database," said Andy Sumner.
The site can be accessed at sumtalent.co.uk and they are particularly interested to hear from editors, technicians and production staff with backgrounds in sport and children’s programming. Something to add? Then leave a comment below or email us now.
