Turn On Television to examine conmen for the Crime & Investigation Network |

Sky satellite channel, the Crime & Investigation Network, has commissioned Manchester independent Turn On Television (TOT), to produce four x 60 minute programmes on the UK’s most notorious conmen.
TOT was established in 1998 by Angela Smith in Manchester. She was previously a producer on The Big Breakfast, the Business Programme and ITV’s Top Banana.
Since launch, TOT has received five Royal Television Society nominations. It has produced programmes for a variety of UK broadcasters including ITV 1 and 2, Channels 4 and 5, GTV, Living TV, Nick Jr and the Discovery Channel.
