Ugly Betty and Grey’s Anatomy writer talks to Manchester producers |

Jim Parriott, the executive producer and writer of international hits, Ugly Betty and Grey’s Anatomy is to host a discussion in Manchester about US drama production.

Taking place next Tuesday, it’s a discussion followed by a question and answer session.
Parriott will describe the responsibilities of creating, developing and maintaining a long-running television drama.

Parriott won the Writers Guild of America television award in 2006 and 2007 and the Producers Guild of America television producer of the year award in episodic series in 2007.
As well as Ugly Betty and Grey’s Anatomy, he’s behind Threat Matrix.
