Lime Pictures has brought in Ian Hopkins as head of production for Chester-based soap Hollyoaks.
The news comes following Channel 4’s announcement last week of a new series, Runners, which will be set within Hollyoaks.
It seems to show that Lime mean business, following a big bag of awards last year and with Hopkins' history in high profile shows.
He produced the last five series of Where the Heart is for ITV and before that was associate producer on Eastenders, Hetty Wainthropp investigates and a number of one off dramas for the BBC. Something to add? Then leave a comment below or email us now.
