How-Do and the MPA (Manchester Publicity Association) are pleased to announce a two day residential Digital Media workshop being held at Shrigley Hall in Macclesfield on Thursday 18 June through to the morning of Saturday 20 June. The course is limited to a maximum of 35 delegates.
A number of outstanding speakers and presenters have agreed to participate and share their expertise and there are only a dozen or places remaining so skates on if you'd like to book a place for you or a deserving colleague!
The key objective of the course is to offer companies' brightest employees a rare opportunity to develop their skill, knowledge and understanding of the digital media business within an intensive, residential environment.
The topics which will be covered include: Digital Planning and Implementation, Search, Display Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Social Media and Online PR.
Chandlee
Speakers include: Gillian Goodman/Google, Jonathan Rosemont/Weber Shandwick London, Blake Chandlee/Stephen Haines/Facebook and Mark Kuhillow/Ro-eye.
The brief this year is being led and structured by Simon Jamieson, online marketing manager at Marks & Spencer.
In addition to the various presentations on Thursday and Friday, delegates will also be split into syndicate groups to work on the digital media brief which has been devised by Simon Jamieson. Delegates will then be given a training session to brush up on their presentation skills before delivering their syndicate’s solution to the brief to a panel of industry judges – who then select the winning team!
The cost per delegate ticket includes all meals, accommodation and use of the hotel’s luxury facilities. Similar residential courses held in the South of England can and do cost two to three times as much.
For bookings received before 22 May the rate is £550 plus vat. For bookings received after 22 May, the rate will be £600 plus vat.
