Shopping bags made out of old parachutes? Whatever next?
Is success in the bag? If the team at Brava Design in Liverpool have their way, everyone will soon be making the jump over to a new, eco-friendly carrier bag concept launched in the UK by entrepreneurs Emma Henderson and Nicky Pittaway.Bagsyit offers a range of design led, tree-huggable, reusable, easily-foldable shopping bags made by Flip and Tumble in the US. The UK brand has been developed and fine-tuned by Brava and the socially conscious agency team have now launched a PayPal focused website to drive online sales. Stephanie Ward, Brava's business manager, said that the agency had been excited to be involved with the brand from the outset, adding: "As a social enterprise we take great pride in supporting and working with environmental and sustainably driven businesses. "Developing the brand and website was a really fun process and we feel that the outcome has been wonderful. We wish Emma and Nicky every success with their business in the UK.” www.bagsyit.co.uk www.bravadesign.co.uk Something to add? Then leave a comment below or email us now.
