Buchanan promoted to creative director at Reading Room Manchester |

Kirstie Buchanan, until now the marketing manager at digital agency Reading Room in Manchester, has been promoted to the new position of creative director.
 Buchanan The move comes as a reward for the integral part Buchanan has played in the continual growth of the firm since it first moved to the city, from its London base, seven years ago.Buchanan joined as office manager on day one of the new outfit. At the time this meant she constituted 50% of the payroll, with Jenni Allan – now a divisional manager at Reading Room – making up the other 50. Since then she has helped nurture the agency into an office that currently employs 30 members of staff and works with clients such as the YHA, Manchester City Art Galleries and Superbreak.
