Code Computerlove is claiming to have accelerated its average 25% year-on-year growth to 70% for 2007, with the news that it has reached the £4m turnover mark and is looking to expand further.
In 2008 alone the agency has won business from Crown Paints , Epson, HBOS and PZ Cussons and will be hoping to maintain its current client retention rate of 93%. The agency also produced a number of campaigns for long-standing clients including Sharwoods , HMV and Rank Hovis.
The apparent success has led agency MD Tony Foggett to instigate a recruitment drive, as he looks to fill numerous spaces across the decks in Code and, specifically, starts a hunt for a new creative director.
Tse currently heads up the creative team, but will now be joined by a new face to assist in the day-to-day running of the department.
Board director Andrew Davenport said of the next stage of development: “We’re aiming to keep doing what we do best - concentrate on our full service offering and help marketers to capitalise on the continued inexorable rise of consumer's passion for online.”
