Code Computerlove has assisted long-standing client Sharwoods with the £9m re-launch of its home cooking brand, as well as creating a new website for Epson’s Digigraphie brand.
The Sharwoods work saw the Manchester based digital agency team up with Couponstar, in an innovative strategy to provide consumers with 10,000 ‘print at home’ redeemable coupons.

This was focused on increasing trial rates of Sharwoods Thai range and, according to Code’s client services director Andrew Davenport, appears to have cooked up an impressive response:

“We are thrilled to report an astonishing redemption rate so far of 25.7%,” he said, adding that the ability to comprehensively track the promotion showcased its complete accountability.

The coupons were available to customers registered with Sharwoods across a two-month period.

In other news at the agency, Code has also created a site for Epson to showcase the ‘Digigraphie’ work that can be reproduced by the firm’s printers.

Digigraphie is a type of high quality digital art print that many of the world’s leading artists and galleries use to produce limited edition reproductions of original works.

In a move to grow the market for the electronics giant, Code created a site that operates as an online gallery, where users can see the calibre of artists that use Digigraphie and garner hints on how they can use the process to showcase and market their own work.

Code creative director, Wini Tse explained: "The concept behind the 'gallery' design is 'the place where your art deserves to be'.

“In essence the whole website is themed and based around a modern and credible art gallery. Information graphics, sign posting and general graphical devices and elements will be executed in the same vein as an art gallery. This approach evokes the feelings of prestige, celebrity, expression and exclusivity."
