Code Computerlove has added more silverware to its bowing agency mantelpiece, with the news that the Manchester-based firm has collected the ‘best retail site’ gong at the Revolution Magazine Awards for its HMV work.
Code beat competition from Littlewoods, JJB and Ernest Jones to win the prize – after scooping the same accolade last year for its Hillary Blinds work (www.web-blinds.com). The site received another award on the night for the ‘best of affiliate marketing’. Code has notched up considerable success for its work on HMV to date, winning the following over the last 12 months: Most Usable website in the 2007 Webcredible Ecommerce Usability for High Street Retailers poll (Sept 07) A Top 100 Retail Website, as tested by The Retail Bulletin and Sitemorse (Sept 07) Best Online Retailer in the 2007 Fresh Awards (Dec 07) Best Multi-Channel Retailer 2007 - Home Entertainment Week Awards Best Use of Affiliate Marketing awards in the 2007 IMA awards www.codecomputerlove.com www.hmv.com
