Code's remixes GU
The team, which has form in the dance arena after re-designing the main Hed Kandi site earlier this year, will now be looking to develop an "edgy contemporary design aesthetic" for GU online, with the finished portal going live in January.

Global Underground founder Andy Horsfield commented: "The purpose of the re-design is to update the website so it's more in line with our other marketing collateral and CD covers, and to build in new features and user generated content into the site.

"It will better express the Global Underground brand's fun youthful attitude online, and reinforce that GU is still at the frontier of international dance music."

He added: "In addition to selling CDs and event communications, the site will feel like a global community hub for fans all over the world with social networking profiles where people can get involved and feel part of the brand movement.

"There will also be news and updates to help fans find out what's going on, biographies of the DJs and venue details, and exclusive promotions and competitions."

Code will design the site which will then be passed over to an in-house team for its build and on-going maintenance.
