Following on from the agency's relaunch of Crown's consumer website last year, Manchester digital firm Code Computerlove has now been tasked with producing a new online trade presence for the brand.
The team at Code will be looking to emulate the success of their initial task for the firm with a site for Crown Decorating Centres - specialist stores that are dedicated to professionals, but also open to the public.

David Fish, marketing manager for Crown Decorating Centres, said of the project: "We are investing in the digital channel as an effective means to extend the service and relationship we have we our customers through our 1000 Decorating Centres nationwide.

"Code has proposed a strong strategy for our new website, which we hope to launch to the trade in July 2009."

The site will aim to recreate the decorating centre experience online, giving product advice, painting tips and sharing knowledge about some of the intricacies of the trade.

Code will also be handling an ECRM brief for Crown.
