Irlam’s HGA, proud supporter of the Great British pub, has created a website for exclusive, bespoke shoemaker Thomas Dainty.
Dainty... and expensive In the shoe retail market Dainty comes in as the antithesis of the usual cobblers out there. The ten year old firm visits its clients, habitually in the City of London, and provides one on one selection and fitting processes. The shoes are exclusive, expensive, high-quality and meant only for those that would very probably never sully their soles by stepping into Clark’s. However, HGA felt that the firm’s information-only website failed to take advantage of the true prestige of the Dainty brand and thus created a fresh portal, boasting a bespoke content management system and e-commerce offering. Michael Wiggins of HGA explained its worth: “The web has become an increasingly important channel for brands to engage with consumers who demand easier access to the products they want and where to find them. “It’s a constant challenge to ensure they are in the right place and meet their consumers’ needs. The Thomas Dainty site is a perfect example of knowing your market, your customers and delivering what they want in the way that they want it.” The firm has now commissioned HGA to produce further campaigns looking at pushing the new site and the Thomas Dainty brand. http://www.thomasdainty.co.uk/ Something to add?
