Manchester's theEword has brought on board new accounts and fresh faces, as it continues its expansion and pushes its headcount up to 17 members of staff.

Manchester's theEword has brought on board new accounts and fresh faces, as it continues its expansion and pushes its headcount up to 17 members of staff.Al Mackin's agency, a digital marketing and SEO specialist, has won briefs from Managed Communications and My Parcel Delivery, while taking on developers Nick Price and James Rose and online marketer Rachel Holce.

New business wise both accounts take in SEO, with the Managed Communications brief (the firm runs business communications solutions for firms of the order of Continental, P&O, the NHS and Birmingham City Council) also spanning out across pay per click, design and ongoing development support.

My Parcel Delivery has charged the team with pulling in traffic to its new site, which launches in early 2010.

In further news, theEword has also been ranked in the TopSEOs list of the ten best UK SEO companies for the fourth month running.

The agency was the most successful company of its size in the list, scoring the highest client retention and satisfaction rate.
