Manchester's Gencia has revealed that it is behind the new website for the UK's 18th fastest growing technology company*, Daisy Communications plc.
Daisy looked to Gencia to help create an online presence that would operate both as a gateway to the firm - which now employs over 200 staff and turned over £53m last year - and as a transactional site that could sell its services to the SME market.

The agency responded with a fully optimised site that allows Daisy's staff to easily update new products and content through the Gencia PowerBase CMS platform.
A long term strategy for obtaining and maintaining high search engine rankings and volumes of traffic has also been put in place.
Stuart Cordingley, Daisy's director of products and services, said that the site was a good reflection "of this dynamic business", adding: "We’re already planning the next stages of development and creating a strategic marketing plan to grow our online sales over the coming months."
Gencia also counts names such as Co-Op, Disney and Virgin amongst its client base.
