Itchy City comes to Manchester via branded mobile service |

City guide publisher, Itchy City, which offers a youth-orientated search and what’s on guide has teamed up with start-up Jeanie Media to start a branded mobile service across 16 university cities.
Jeanie Media lets brands create customised search engines, so that results are tailored and relevant to the business and therefore customer who’s doing the searching.
It also takes into account where the mobile is, so searches for restaurants shouldn’t throw out London eateries if you’re standing in Liverpool. Itchy City is the first partner to sign up for this particular service. Itchy Mobile - Driven by Jeanie will provide editorial reviews, a route planner and distance calculator in addition to the search portal. Users are charged £1 for the privilege. Something to add?
