Liverpool’s Hit Search is being hopeful this morning, releasing research showing that Liverpool FC is top of the league - at least in Twitter terms.

At the other end of the table Bolton and Burnley don’t even have an official Twitter page, neither does Phil Brown’s Hull nor Portsmouth.
