Digital agency magneticNorth has introduced a new tier of management with the news that it has created an associate board compromised of Sanjeev Shewhorak, Adam Todd, Kate Towey, and Warren Drumm.

Digital agency magneticNorth has introduced a new tier of management with the news that it has created an associate board compromised of Sanjeev Shewhorak, Adam Todd, Kate Towey, and Warren Drumm.
The new board
Sitting underneath the existing board of MD Lou Cordwell, creative director Brendan Dawes and operations director Janet Harrison, the new group will, according to a statement from the agency, "work closely with the board to continue to drive growth and further strengthen the company’s status as one of the world’s leading digital design companies."

Cordwell explained more: "To grow our reputation as world-class interactive designers we have to continue questioning and evolving – who we are, what we have to offer, how we work.

"mN’s new associate board adds some new and brilliant minds to the company’s management team and will help us make the most of the amazing opportunities that lie ahead for us.”

The four associate board members have been with mN for varying tenures and offer diverse input into the team. Technical director Shewhorak boasts seven and a half years at the firm, with interactive director Todd enjoying a four year tenure.

Meanwhile marketing director Towey, formerly of Flame Digital, only joined in January, while Drumm is a very recent recruit (August 2009) in the role of production director.
