Manchester gets Manclopedia its own wiki community |

News reaches How-Do of Manclopedia.co.uk , a site which we are told is Manchester’s own Wikipedia.
The slight scepticism in our tone is because at the moment, there’s not much on it, even the "about " section is empty.
We are told by that this is because the press release has been put forward by a month because they’ve been rumbled by bloggers who’ve spotted the site, which could possibly explain the lack of information.
The articles, much like the bigger Wikipedia site will be written by volunteers and entries can be edited.
It's the brainchild of Kenan Bailey of Hive Magazine, and they hope it will bring the north west community together and allow promotional interaction. Something to add? Then leave a comment below or email us now.
