"There has been a long established difference of perspective between shareholders of Moonfish. Consequently, agreeing future strategy and – critically – how that should be financed has become impossible.

As a result, due to the intractable nature of these shareholder differences, the business is being wound up.

Regrettably, this decision will have an impact upon some staff, clients and creditors.

All shareholders are looking to establish new ventures. Roberto Simi, the Managing Director, and Kate Drewett, the Creative Director and company Chairman, are planning to establish a new digital based business, retaining a significant proportion of Moonfish staff."
