India’s Jump Games has reached agreement with Manchester United FC to design, develop and distribute a series of mobile games for a number of key international markets in 2008.

India’s Jump Games has reached agreement with Manchester United FC to design, develop and distribute a series of mobile games for a number of key international markets in 2008.

Jump Games has opened a European base in the UK.

The European launch and global announcement of ‘Official Mobile Games Partner of Manchester United’ were recently announced at a launch party in London. Sir Alex couldn’t make it but sent a video message. Former United and England player Paul Parker represented the club.

 The partnership plans to release six Manchester United mobile games during 2008 with the first being ‘Manchester United Word It!’. The games are expected to retail around £3 in the UK.

A Jump spokesperson said: “Our association with Manchester United is the ideal platform for us to further strengthen our offerings and reach out to a much larger set of audiences worldwide.”
