New Mind wins additional Liverpool School of Tropical medicine work |

Digital agency New Mind is to create a new web site with related e-commerce facilities for the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM).
In January New Mind unveiled a new website for another LSTM subsidiary - Liverpool Associates in Tropical Health.
Despite being an existing preferred supplier to the School, Liverpool agency New Mind was asked to pitch against a number of other agencies for the new project.
The new site is expected to go live in the summer. The site will target more experienced travellers, backpackers and high-end tourism. There will also be a dedicated section for the corporate business travel market.
LSTM claims that all surplus monies generated by Well Travelled Clinics are re-invested into research and development to help health care in less developed countries.
Philippa Tubb, managing director of Well Travelled Clinics, said: “Well Travelled Clinics is expanding rapidly and e-commerce is an important element within our plans. New Mind offered us the services we were looking for at a competitive price.”
New Mind, which opened an office in Romania in January, has built its business primarily within the tourism, arts and commercial sectors. The new office in Timisoara is primarily helping to develop the company’s Destination Marketing software product.
