Wigan-based Parker Sandford has come through a three-way pitch to secure the brief to re-develop and re-brand the websites for Mitchell’s entire pub and hotel chain.

Wigan-based Parker Sandford has come through a three-way pitch to secure the brief to re-develop and re-brand the websites for Mitchell’s entire pub and hotel chain.
A (very nice) Mitchell's pub
Mitchell’s is a Lancaster based group that controls 55 traditional style inns throughout North Lancashire and Cumbria, in addition to a number of hotels.

It has recruited Parker Sandford to completely revamp its online offering, while also introducing mechanisms to more effectively capture and utilise customer data.

The agency’s Scott Winstanley explained the strategy behind the new brief: “The ability to not only re-brand and improve the online presence, but also allow postal data, email and online behavioural data and mobile phone data to be used in one integrated data application will open up some big commercial benefits and most importantly revenue to Mitchell’s.

“There is a very exciting development path for us to deliver alongside Emma Procter, who is the marketing force at Mitchell’s.”

Parker Sandford has a track record of delivering solutions for clients such as JJB Sports, Pataks, Warehouse Wines, Warburtons and Princes Foods.
