theEword says it is offering local Manchester companies free digital marketing advice through its “Coffee, Croissants and Conversions” initiative.
Directors Al Mackin and Tom Glass will be on hand to have "informal chats" with any companies who want to pop in and get some feedback on their current online marketing.
This, we’re told, has no strings attached.
“These informal chats give businesses a chance to come in and take advantage of some honest, open advice about online marketing and the potential of their campaigns at a time when the digital market is becoming increasingly important,” said Mackin.
"There's still some confusion about what search engine optimisation actually is. With these meetings, we'll be able to explain it in plain English, no-nonsense terms and show businesses how effective it could be for them."
The scheme is not too unlike the one offered earlier this year by Photolink, but instead of explaining in a video, Mackin has turned to Twitter. He’ll be answering questions in Monday with the #SEOCoffee hashtag.
