Search marketing outfit theEword has brought in five new members of staff.

Search marketing outfit theEword has brought in five new members of staff.The Manchester-based firm, set up and run by MD Al Mackin, has brought in fresh faces across the agency.

Navdeep Singh Playa has been recruited as a developer, Matt Lawson and Bilal Alam have been brought into the marketing department to assist with the delivery of SEO, PPC and mobile campaigns, while Nicola Hughes has signed up on the Manchester Masters scheme and Alice Pettigrew has been hired from Creative Break as an office apprentice.

Mackin said the extra staff were needed “due to growth and new client wins.”

He added: “I’m extremely pleased with the quality of candidates that we've attracted.”
