Bird Consultancy heads for Madison Square Garden | Print |  Email to a friend

New York’s Madison Square Garden Entertainment (MSGE) is looking to Manchester’s Bird Consultancy to market its Radio City Christmas Spectacular to the people of the UK and Ireland.

New York’s Madison Square Garden Entertainment (MSGE) is looking to Manchester’s Bird Consultancy to market its Radio City Christmas Spectacular to the people of the UK and Ireland.
Now that's a big stage!
The show, now in its 76th year, is well known around the globe and features precision dance troupe The Rockettes doing their inimitable thing (on the world’s largest stage no less) at the city’s Radio City Music Hall.

It’s the second consecutive year that Bird has been flown in to PR the show.

Karen Monks from the agency said: “Over two million people see the Christmas Spectacular nationwide each year, that’s more than the top three Broadway shows put together.

“New York is one of the most popular city break destinations for people from the UK and Ireland, particularly at Christmas, so we think it’s only fair they get to hear about this spectacular Christmas show, and see what all the excitement is about.”

To spread the word Bird is set to emulate its successful media campaign of 2007, in particular targeting the national media through Sunday newspapers and TV.
