Manchester design agency, BJL has created a European-wide ad campaign for Morphy Richards' latest steamer.
The press and outdoor campaign runs for three months, from September in the national lifestyle press, including Good Housekeeping and BBC Good Food.
The advert features a fish, which is constructed from a variety of foods that can all be cooked at the same time, thus showing how clever the new steamer is. It apparently "does all the thinking for you" – which would make it exceedingly clever.
Fishy BJL was added to Morphy Richard’s roster earlier this year and this is their first campaign. Phil Green, CEO at Morphy Richards said a lot of things about how cool the new steamer is and added that "the campaign from BJL immediately tells the story to the consumer through a bold, creative execution translating easily across our pan-European markets." BJL’s MD, Nicky Unsworth knows a freebie* when she sees one: "We worked to achieve a clear and crisp visual execution which clearly presented the reason to buy. And it worked, I now have one sitting in my kitchen."
* We’re guessing - she may have bought it. Something to add? Then leave a comment below or email us now.
