Crush Communications, founded in 2003 by Caroline Rush and Vanessa Bond, has undergone two key changes with the departure of co-founder Bond and the relocation of the company’s administration department from Manchester to London.
The PR agency, which has carved a niche for itself specialising in fashion and music, is also moving its London office to larger premises in the West End.
Rush Rush told How-Do there were no fall-outs or other issues at hand and that Bond’s departure had to more to do with Bond getting married last year and her own priorities changing. Rush declined to say whether she had bought Bond’s shares but did say she would be the only director of Crush for the foreseeable future.
Rush relocated to London a year ago and is currently looking for a director to head up the Manchester office. Rush added that: “The London office has contributed significantly to the business’s turnover since it opened two years ago and shows real potential to continue.” Agency clients include London Fashion Week, British Fashion Council, British Fashion Awards, MiCo, Luz Concierge, White Chalk Music and radio station Xfm. www.crushcommunications.co.uk Something to add?
