Code Computerlove have developed a customer reviews and ratings system for HMV’s online presence – hmv.com.
 HMV "The ratings and reviews feature gives a new level of information and advice to our customers, making it easier for them to choose what they want," said Dave Elston from hmv.com. "The website developments follow in-depth consumer research into retail user-experience, ongoing reviews of site metrics and hmv.com customer behaviour,” explained Code account director James Barley. "Peer to peer advice is more popular and influential than ever in helping shoppers make a purchase decision. So rather than going to a separate review site to get feedback and information on a new album, DVD or game, reviews and ratings are all on the hmv site alongside the products."
