However, managing director Nigel Sarbutts warned that 2009 will be difficult:
"2009 will test everyone in the market, but we believe the quality of our people will protect us from the worst of it."
The agency saw growth in Manchester and London and credits accounts with Sony Ericsson and the anti-congestion campaign for the success.
"We have recruited real talent in both offices this year and invested heavily in training and the results have at times been spectacular and we plan to build on that policy with our current recruitment needs."
