Fabretti to join Amaze from KMP
Two online specialists have joined Amaze as the company looks to increase its social media offering.

Paul Fabretti of KMP will be their social media consultant, while Michael Cooper has left Staniforth\ to be their online PR business manager.

Fabretti currently works as a client services manager for KMP, where his focus is on how best to use social media, identifying the latest trends and how to successfully implement them.

Being an upwardly social type, he has a blog at blendingthemix.com and joins Amaze next month

Michael Cooper will be responsible for developing new business, including online reputation management.

He spent 2 years at Staniforth\ working on digital projects for Nissan, Tizer and Orangina, but most importantly, he did the camera work and editing for How-Do TV!

"These new appointments demonstrate our further commitment to social media, building on the initiatives we are already working on for our clients," said Liane Grimshaw, managing partner at Amaze.

"The web is now a social medium and no digital strategy can ignore social technologies and the shift in online behaviour facilitated by them."

"The two bring complementary skills; from the technical digital perspective of building communities to the softer, more human side of interaction that is provided by the online PR influence."

Amaze is owned by the Hasgrove Group.

Mike's constant flow of ideas for online PR never failed to impress and amuse me when we worked together, everything from stealth disco to the wheel of lunch - he certainly taught this old hand a few things about the brave new world of online, not the least the actual worth of blogging... ;o)
