Fudge unveils identity for Simon Rogan’s new casual dining brand |

Bolton’s Fudge has revealed the brand that will launch Michelin star chef Simon Rogan into the casual dining market.
 The new ID The agency created the visual look for Rogan’s acclaimed L’Enclume eatery in the Lake District in 2006 and was subsequently charged with the new project back in February this year.The team has now devised the look for Rogan & Company, which makes its first foray into the new sector with a £200,000 restaurant due to open later this year in Cartmel, Cumbria. Rogan says the ‘posh pub’ food will then be made available in centres across the north of England, as he looks to quickly establish a chain of eateries under the brand umbrella. Fudge is now working on a website to support Rogan & Company and the firm’s expansion plans. The chef is said to be eyeing up his next opening in Manchester. www.fudgestudios.com Something to add?
