Preston-based events firm Glasgows will be helping the Food Standards Agency celebrate a decade in existence next year, with a special event at the Queen Elizabeth ll Conference Centre, Westminster.
FSA turns ten It marks almost as much of a milestone for Glasgows as the FSA, as the firm, chaired by Ron Glasgow, has been providing the body with event management, production and exhibition services since its inception - something not lost on Glasgow himself, who noted:"We have worked in partnership with the Food Standards Agency throughout the decade. It has been an exciting and informative journey, and we are delighted to be asked to deliver this landmark event.” The brief will see the team take delegates on a ten year journey through the FSA's key achievements, such as the reduction in food borne disease, increased consumer information and protection, reductions in salt intake and clearer labelling. Glasgows will be imparting the messages using a special exhibition area with "interactive elements." The event takes place on 24 February. www.glasgows.co.uk Something to add?
