Glorious Creative has announced a 'smoking' new client account, with the team's appointment to create a national marketing campaign for Zig Zag rolling papers.
Glorious opportunity Zig Zag has made the switch from a French agency to the Manchester-based outfit on the strength of the team's work with sister rolling paper brand JOB.Glorious created the 'original double' campaign for JOB last year, helping to re-invigorate the 170 year old marque. Zig Zag Papers UK MD Andrew Armstrong said that appointing the agency was "a straightforward decision" after working with them on JOB. Mark Ross of Glorious added: "Having already completed a national campaign that we’re proud of, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a major brand like Zig Zag. “The JOB campaign was so successful because we understood the target market. With Zig Zag, we’ll use the same principles and engage with the audience to grow marketshare.” Zig Zag is currently the number two brand in its market behind Rizla and has sales of around 100m units a year. www.gloriouscreative.co.uk Something to add?
