Hayward joins Golley Slater as consumer specialist |

Former 1090 Communications boss, Mark Hayward, has joined Golley Slater’s Manchester office as account director.
 Hayward 1090 Communications was bought out by Connectpoint (later Amaze), which may explain why it's a return to work and indeed Manchester for Hayward, following a 27 month career break.Yes, How-Do readers, you read it correctly, 27 months travelling the world!
“It’s great to have been able to bring Mark on board in such a competitive marketplace. Golley Slater has gone from strength to strength in the past year and Mark’s experience will be not only be invaluable to our current client base, his strategic ability will see this success extend into 2010,” said head of office Agatha Chapman-Poole.
He's previously worked on campaigns for the National Lottery, B&Q, Sayers and Hampsons and his first job at Golley Slater will be the launch of Liverpool’s Hilton hotel in 2010. “I’m delighted to be working with such an experienced and forward thinking agency where inspiration is key to delivering return on investment for our clients.
