Health cash plan provider Health Shield appoints Fresh Create | Print |  Email to a friend
Monday, 08 February 2010
Fresh Create, a division of the Fresh Group , has been appointed by the health cash plan provider Health Shield, to provide a wide range of creative services for the company which focuses on the corporate sector.

The Cheadle, Cheshire agency is understood to have won the business following a pitch involving rivals Gyro, Black Sheep and MDA Creative.

Fresh Create, a division of the Fresh Group, has been appointed by the health cash plan provider Health Shield, to provide a wide range of creative services for the company which focuses on the corporate sector.
Health Shield, which is based in Crewe, has been planning a radical overhaul of its marketing communications needs and Fresh has been tasked with the creation of a new brand, launching the new website and related corporate literature and promotional material in addition to overseeing an advertising and sponsorship campaign.

The creative for the Fresh rebrand has been built around a family of distinctive Health Shield characters which it is hoped reflects the diversity and range of services available to prospective clients.

The appointment of Fresh follows a change in management emphasis at the 130 friendly society which claims to be experiencing ‘meteoric progress’ in the health cash plan market.

Health Shield’s objective we are told is to double annual premium income to £43 million by 2013.

Phillip Wood, director of sales and marketing at Health Shield, said: “We are pleased with the early results of the rebrand which has really grabbed the attention of our marketplace, members, employees and even our competitors.”
