ICE’s creative director Ian Jackson handled a high profile job for Liverpool John Lennon Airport, then flew to Stockholm to ensure that it was delivered perfectly – all within only 48 hours notice.
ICE in Stockholm The quick turnaround task landed on ICE’s laps after JLA was handed a last minute opportunity to promote Liverpool at The World Route Development Forum 2007 in the Swedish capital. After receiving support from Business Liverpool, The Culture Company, The Mersey Partnership and Liverpool Biennial, the airport booked its place at the expo to push the city as ‘the’ European destination to visit in 2008. ICE was then called in to design, produce and export the exhibition space and promotional material, with Jackson booking his ticket shortly after (we assume from JLA) to ensure that the delivery and set up processes were hitch free. Speaking about the job, he commented: “At ICE, we do have a reputation for ’going the extra mile.’” He added: “As a company we are passionate about the growth of Merseyside and committed to supporting a large number of organisations and companies who share our vision for a stronger and more prosperous city and region.” www.icecreates.com Something to add?
