Marketing and communications agency has rounded its year with two new project wins for Wirral PCT and North Shropshire district council.
ICE, which is based on the Wirral, is probably Merseyside’s largest communications agency with over 30 staff. The agency began 2007 with 24 staff.
The agency beat off competition from Weber Shandwick and Dr Foster Intelligence to win the pitch for the provision of social marketing to Wirral PCT for the ‘Your Health – Have Your Say’ campaign. ICE is providing marketing, advertising and public relations support together with some design elements for the PCT’s largest - to date - community consultation initiative. The Wirral PCT was earlier named as the top Primary Care Trust in the UK at the Health Service Journal awards 2007. ICE’s design team won a tender in November to provide an overarching design management service for North Shropshire district council.
Stuart Jackson/ICE MD Specific projects have already been awarded to the agency including marketing literature for the council’s Benefits Service launch, support with the council’s Comprehensive Performance Assessment document for the audit commission and ‘TaxiSafe’ a community safety campaign targeting festive revellers.
In 2006, ICE won its biggest contract to date, the delivery of the Department of Health’s ‘National Healthy Schools’ campaign.
Other agency clients include the Home Office, several Police and Fire Authorities and councils across the UK.
Private sector clients include Liverpool ACC, Kodak, The Body Shop and Rimmel.
