Ice has made clear its expansion plans for 2009 – opening a new office in Bristol and earmarking further openings in London and the North East for later this year.
The Wirral-based marketing agency is claiming that its performance demonstrates that the business is ‘bucking the economic slowdown’ and has pushed staff numbers up to 40 as a result. The new recruits include a business development director for the recently opened Bristol office and a national business development manager to look to further opportunities across the UK. The latter signing is Paul Williams, who boasts previous client experience with Warburtons, BNFL, HBOS and GMPTE. Stuart Jackson, Chief Executive of ICE, commented, “It’s an exciting time and I’m proud to welcome yet more talented members to the team, expanding our expertise and setting up new permanent regional bases. “Together we’re looking forward to the coming year – and beyond – with continued and renewed confidence and passion.” Ice has recently collected a raft of new social marketing and healthcare briefs from various PCTs, including Heart of Birmingham Primary, Middlesbrough, Tameside, NHS West Kent and NHS Coventry. www.icecreates.com Something to add?
