Preston’s ICG has ramped up numbers within the design division of the full service agency, with the news that it has recruited David Mallalieu and Emily Windle.
 Mallalieu and Windle Speaking about the appointment Denise Dawson, ICG's managing director, said: "We are delighted to welcome David and Emily. We were looking for highly creative and dedicated people who can deliver great design solutions – and I am confident that we have found them."
